PROPHECIES
In this unique time that we are living as humanity, different prophecies that were kept by different nations and traditions are rising to help us understand what is happening now and what is the mission we are here to serve for.
Here we share some of the prophecies
that have inspired us at Aroiris:
The Rainbow prophecy, as it has come to be known, refers to the keepers of the legends, rituals, and other myths that will be needed when the time comes to restore the health on Earth.
It is believed that these legendary beings will return on a day of awakening, when all people will unite and create a new world of justice, peace and freedom, and they will be named the ‘Warriors of the Rainbow’.
They will reteach the values and the knowledge that has been lost in time, demonstrating how to have wisdom and extra-perception, and how unity, harmony and love is the only way forward.
At the beginning of this cycle of time, long ago, the Great Spirit came down and He made an appearance and He gathered the peoples of this earth together, on an island which is now beneath the water, and He said to the human beings, "I'm going to send you to four directions and over time I'm going to change you to four colours, but I'm going to give you some teachings and you will call these the Original Teachings and when you come back together with each other you will share these so that you can live and have peace on earth, and a great civilization will come about.

There will come a day when people of all races, colors, and creeds will put aside their differences. They will come together in love, joining hands in unification, to heal the Earth and all Her children. They will move over the Earth like a great Whirling Rainbow, bringing peace, understanding and healing everywhere they go. Many creatures thought to be extinct or mythical will resurface at this time; the great trees that perished will return almost overnight. All living things will flourish, drawing sustenance from the breast of our Mother, the Earth.
The great spiritual Teachers who walked the Earth and taught the basics of the truths of the Whirling Rainbow Prophecy will return and walk amongst us once more, sharing their power and understanding with all. We will learn how to see and hear in a sacred manner. Men and women will be equals in the way Creator intended them to be; all children will be safe anywhere they want to go. Elders will be respected and valued for their contributions to life. Their wisdom will be sought out. The whole Human race will be called The People and there will be no more war, sickness or hunger forever.
The Cree Prophecy
“There will arrive a day when the avarice of the white man, the Yo-ne-gi, will make the fish die in the currents of the rivers, that the birds fall from the skies, that the waters will blacken, and the trees will no longer be able to stand. And humanity, as it is known, will be left to exist. There will come a time when we will have a need for those that preserve the traditions, the legends, the rituals, the myths, and all the old customs of the villages. So that, they show us how to recuperate the health, harmony and respect of our fellow man.
They will be the key to the survival of humanity and will be known as the “Rainbow Warriors”. There will come a day when some people awaken from their lethargy to forge a New World of justice, peace, liberty, and respect for the Great Spirit.
The Rainbow Warriors will transmit the message, to spread their knowing to the inhabitants of the Earth.
They will teach how to live like the Great Spirit lives, and show how their world has strayed from the Great Spirit and because of this has become so sick. The Rainbow Warriors will teach the people the ancestral being.
The Great Spirit is a being of love and understanding, will show us how to give back to the Earth all her beauty. These Rainbow Warriors will delegate to the people the principles and rules to make life in accord with the world. This principle will be the same as the villages of the past followed. The Rainbow Warriors will teach the people the old habits of unity, love, and understanding. They will teach the four corners of the Earth how to attain harmony between individuals. They will teach the people how to pray to the Great Spirit in the same way that the villages used to in the past, allowing love to flow like the beautiful currents that descend from the mountains through river that merge them with the Ocean of life. Once again they will receive the happiness of being in company as well as in solitude. They will be free of jealousy and meanness and will love their fellow man as brothers, regardless of the colours of their skin, their race, or their religion.
They will feel how happiness inundates their hearts while they return each one to the rest of creation. Their hearts will be pure and will radiate quality, understanding, and respect for humanity, for nature and for the Great Spirit.
Once again they will fill our minds, our hearts, our souls and our acts with feelings more pure, so as to breathe in the magnificence of the Master of Life, the Great Spirit!
They will discover the strength concealed in the beauty of a prayer and in life’s moments of solitude, and will enjoy the treasures of Nature and Mother Earth, free of the poison and destruction generated by the “Yo-ne-gi” and their avaricious and covetous behaviour.
The rivers will flow cleanly once more, the forests will be abundant and full of beauty, and once again there will be countless of birds and animals.
They will respect anew the powers of the planet and animals, and conservation will convert all things beautiful into living form.
The poor, sick and needy will receive care from their brothers and sisters of Earth. These practises once again will be part of their daily life.
The leaders of the tows will return to election, by the old customs, not by the political group to which they belong, nor because they shout the loudest or presume more, neither by a process of exchanging insults or mutual accusations; they will be elected officials whose actions speak louder than their words. They will be elected chiefs or leaders that demonstrate their love, wisdom and courage, and are trained to act for the good of all.
They will be elected for their qualities, not for the quantity of money that they process. Equally, the considerate and devoted chiefs of antiquity will use their love to understand the people and to assure them that their children and youth will be educated in love, in their work, and in their endless understanding.
They will show that miracles will be able to heal this world of all its ills and return it to the hearth and beauty that it had before.
The many tasks that await the Rainbow Warriors will be huge.
Their will be enormous mountains of ignorance that will be necessary to overcome.
They will be confronted by prejudice and hate. They will have to be dedicated, firm, perseverant, and strong in heart, because their will be minds and hearts opposed to following this path of returning Mother Earth all her beauty and plenitude.
This day arrives soon, it is not far off. The day will arrive in which we take account of all that we are, our very existence, we owe to those that have preserved their culture and heritage – the people who have maintained with their life the rituals histories, legends, and myths.
Their will be thanks for the knowledge that they have preserved, and will return once again in harmony with nature, with Mother Earth, and with humanity itself.
We will discover that this knowledge is our key to survival.
They will be the Rainbow Warriors, and for this reason I am compelled to protect the culture heritage, and knowledge of my ancestors.
The Rainbow race comes to reinforce equality between nations and oppose the idea of a superior race that would control or conquer other races.
The Rainbow races come to bring Peace with the knowing that all the races in truth make up only one race.
In the time of the Seventh Fire, a New People would emerge. They would retrace their steps to find the wisdom that was left by the side of the trail long ago. Their steps would take them to the elders, who they would ask to guide them on their journey. If the New People remain strong in their quest, the sacred drum will again sound its voice. There will be an awakening of the people, and the sacred fire will again be lit. At this time, the light-skinned race will be given a choice between two roads. One road is the road of greed and technology without wisdom or respect for life. This road represents a rush to destruction. The other road is spirituality, a slower path that includes respect for all living things. If we choose the spiritual path, we can light yet another fire, an Eight Fire, and begin an extended period of Peace and healthy growth.
Q'ero Prophecy
According to ancient prophecy, this is the time of the great gathering called the"mastay" and reintegration of the peoples of the four directions. The Q'ero are releasing their teachings to the West, in preparation for the day the Eagle of the North and the Condor of the South (the Americas) fly together again.
They believe that "munay," love and compassion, will be the guiding force of this great gathering of the peoples.
The new caretakers of the Earth will come from the West, and those that have made the greatest impact on Mother Earth now have the moral responsibility to remake their relationship with Her, after remaking themselves," said Don Antonio Morales, a master Q'ero shaman. The prophecy holds that,
North America will supply the physical strength, or body; Europe will supply the mental aspect, or head; and the heart will be supplied by South America.
When the Spanish conquered the Incas 500 years ago, the last pachacuti, or great change, occurred. The Q'ero have been waiting ever since for the next pachacuti, when order would emerge out of chaos. For the past five centuries they preserved their sacred knowledge, and finally, in recent years, the signs were fulfilled that the great time of change was at hand:
The high mountain lagoons have dried, the condor is nearly extinct and the discovery of the Golden Temple has occurred, following the earthquake in 1949 which represented the wrath of the sun.
The prophecies are optimistic. They refer to the end of time as we know it—the death of a way of thinking and a way of being, the end of a way of relating to nature and to the earth.
In the coming years, the Incas expect us to emerge into a golden age, a golden millennium of peace. The prophecies also speak of tumultuous changes happening in the earth, and in our psyche, redefining our relationships and spirituality. The next pachacuti, or great change, has already begun, and it promises the emergence of a new human after this period of turmoil. The chaos and upheaval characteristic of this period will last another four years, according to the Q'ero.
The paradigm of European civilization will continue to collapse, and the way of the Earth people will return. Even more importantly, the shamanic elders speak about a tear in the fabric of time itself. This presents an opportunity for us to describe ourselves not as who we have been in the past but as who we are becoming.
Pachacuti also refers to a great Incan leader who lived in the late 1300s. He is said to have built Machu Picchu and was the architect of an empire the size of the US. For the Incas, Pachacuti is a spiritual prototype—a Master, a luminous one who stepped outside of time. He was a messiah, but not in the Christian sense of the only son of God, beyond the reach of humanity. Rather he is viewed as a symbol and promise of who we all might become. He embodies the essence of the prophecies of the pachacuti, as Pacha means"earth"or"time," and cuti means"to set things right.”His name also means"transformer of the earth.”
The prophecies of the pachacuti are known throughout the Andes. There are those who believe the prophecies refer to the return of the leader Pachacuti to defeat those who took the Incas' land. But according to Dr. Villoldo, the return of Pachacuti is taking place on the collective level.”it's not the return of a single individual who embodies what we're becoming, but a process of emergence available to all peoples.”
The Q'ero have served as the caretakers of the rites and prophecies of their Inca ancestors. The prophecies are of no use unless one has the keys, the rites of passage. The Star Rites, or"Mosoq Karpay" (The Rites of the Time to Come), are crucial to the practical growth described in the prophecies. Following the"despachos" (ritualistic offerings of mesa, or medicine bundles) at the ceremony in New York City, the shamans administered the Mosoq Karpay to the individuals present, transmitting the energies originating with the ancestors of their lineage. The transmission of the Mosoq Karpay is the ceremony representing the end of one's relationship to time. It is a process of the heart.
This process of Becoming is considered more important than the prophecies themselves. The Karpay (rites) plant the seed of knowledge, the seed of Pachacuti, in the luminous body of the recipient. It is up to each person to water and tend the seed so that it can grow and blossom. The rites are a transmission of potential; one must then make oneself available to destiny. The Karpays connect the person to an ancient lineage of knowledge and power that cannot be accessed by the individual. It can only be summoned by a tribe.
Ultimately, this power can provide the impetus for one to leap into the body of an Inca, a Luminous One. That person is connected directly to the stars, the Incan Sun of cosmology. The Q'ero believe that the doorways between the worlds are opening again. Holes in time that we can step through and beyond, where we can explore our human capabilities. Regaining our luminous nature is a possibility today for all who dare to take the leap.
The Andean shamans say,
"Follow your own footsteps.
Learn from the rivers,
the trees and the rocks.
Honor the Christ,
the Buddha,
your brothers and sisters.
Honor the Earth Mother and the Great Spirit.
Honor yourself and all of creation.”
